storage error

when downloading something from Google Chrome (images or app) is normally download but seeing it in the appropriate folders do not appear and when I set that files remain in a specified folder are not downloaded. Any of these apps is like a File Explorer or My Documents folder BLUE YELLOW I think it will serve so that when open and there you see all your downloads or documents that you do not find The Play Store.
