Solution 1: Use a connector

Disconnect the USB safely as you saw in the previous solution. Then, if possible, connect to a connector (port) USB other than the above.

Solution 2: Clear the cache drivers

This cache is like a history of the drivers or drivers loaded. Sometimes those mistakes and cause damage or other. Follow these steps to empty and allow the driver to be reinstated:

Turn off the PC. You have to turn it off entirely. DO NOT reenicies.
Disconnect all USB you may have connected. Especially the one that fails.
Disconnect the device from the mains. You must do it "physically", removing the plug from the wall.

IMPORTANT:

If your PC is a portable laptop, remove the battery FURTHER off power.
Wait about 5 minutes off and disconnect the PC (with battery removed). Then reconnect the unit to the mains, (insert battery again) and turn it on.
Wait for Windows to load completely. Then connect one by one USB that are, starting failing. Do not connect other USB until Windows has detected and automatically loaded in the previous drivers (you usually see a message like that the device is ready for use).
Check whether the error is resolved. Otherwise, read on ...
