Having a solid backup strategy is a good idea to not only your computer but to your iPhone. When you back up the information on your iPhone, preserves copies of data as calendar events, email settings and voice notes. This is particularly important with voice notes, because once you delete, you can not recover on your iPhone unless you restore the device from a backup, which you do in iTunes.
Create backup

Connect your iPhone to your computer.

Open iTunes.

Locate your iPhone in the "Devices " list in iTunes.

Click the right mouse button on it and select "Backup " . Now iTunes will create a backup of your iPhone.

Press the " Eject" button next to your iPhone when the backup process is complete.

Disconnect your iPhone from your computer.
Restore from backup

Connect your iPhone to the computer.

Open iTunes if it does not run automatically.

Locate your iPhone in the "Devices " list in iTunes.

Click the right mouse button on the iPhone and select " Restore from Backup" . iTunes will restore your phone from backup .

Click the "Eject" button next to your iPhone in the "Devices " list.

Disconnect your iPhone.

Open the app " Voice Memos " on your iPhone.

Click the " Lists" button to the right of the sound meter to open your saved voice memos .
