Losing the data on your iPhone can be a minor disaster. Takes a long time to obtain and store phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, photos, MP3 music and videos, and may not have this information stored elsewhere. However, there are efficient ways to recover deleted files on an iPhone. Surely you can recover your deleted files. However, it is always a good idea to back up all your data before disaster strikes. (Note to reviewer: "videos" are appearing twice in the list (videos can not be MP3), so I deleted one)

When you realize that a file has been accidentally deleted on your iPhone, prevents copy more files to the phone. Perform a simple test program to see if you can still recover your files. If they are still there, they recover them by clicking "Restore".

Download a free program from the Internet to retrieve deleted files on an iPhone (see Resources) files. Run the program on your iPhone, lets analyze and recover all the files on your hard drive. The process can be time consuming, since these programs analyze the entire hard drive of your iPhone.

If steps 2 and 3 do not work, connect your iPhone to your computer and let it sync. Click the "Summary" tab under iTunes, and click the "Restore" button to restore the lost data.
