Orange tells me that Apple did not change the phone!

Orange calls me and tells me that I can not get warranty, the phone has been dropped me and that if I want to fix it for 250 eur ! I stay away! ! The phone has not dropped me and I love her straining ! I have had three ifones and ipad! I do ?

 

Apple tomorrow I'll call the service to see what they say, someone has encountered a similar problem ? I will not pay 250 eur , your error is that the home and lock buttons are p ... My .... And on top tell me that it has fallen to me , that testing can ensure that?

I do not know what help you need from people but I take you to Apple. If there is no evidence that has fallen not understand that abuse can be argued. Talk directly with Apple to see if you have better luck.
