Problem with id and activation cases

 it happens I did a restore to a iPhone 5s, it started to set up as a new device, but it happens that the cases are registered under my Apple ID to enter my account and password goes that you can not activate your iPhone with this id ; even though that's the one used to download and use apps with itunes. I do not know, I have not been enabled in any way.

Apple ID (phone registration) and shopping need not necessarily be the same. It usually happens that when you buy a mobile spare parts, you can use your ID for purchases and while only update, nothing happens, but when you restore, will ask the ID that was registered for the first time TELENO.

Although it sounds a little crazy, check if you are in the "same store" where you bought it. Ie if you activated (for example) in the USA and now these activating in Europe (in a particular country) to report these problems are usually because the account is associated to the other country.

 

If so, you can go to the apple center to get it activated.
