The recommended to have no problem in doing the Jailbreak was recommended that actualizáramos iOS from iTunes on the computer and not via OTA. The solution to this problem is to simply make a backup on your computer with iTunes, restore your device with iTunes from the computer, restore the backup to recover the data and finally Jailbreak.
