problem HTC ONE MAX with the back cover with another screen and another with a step between the speaker and the screen

Question

Hi all finally and bought the Max and the truth is I'm very happy and I like all that much just on balance I found 3 faults that can not be itself be just my Max and I touched going to change or is a problem with everyone and can not do anything 

The first is that the back cover does not close properly and when I bought it was already well and when I opened it to close it again no way to fit well and do not want to force the break go and lie fat

 

 

After the screen when you put a blank one third of the lower screen it looks more yellow than the top and if I put the max horizontally with the buttons to the right is that the right is more yellow

And finally in my Max on the top between the speaker and the screen is a step pronounced when I want down the notification bar always tripping over the step and is a little pain in the ass the good thing is that the bottom does not pass this just in top

I would please me ayudarais to see if these problems have my Max only happens to me

The sample was happening exactly the same and I got another sealed I opened it in front of the guy who sells mobile and like mine medium yellow screen on the bottom step between the speaker and the screen and the back cover not close properly 

Finally I came with pasta and I do expect to see

The truth is amazing. The SD 600 is not a "mediocre" and well optimized SoC gives much war. So Far, the Max game Call of Duty and Magic 2014 smoothly ... both titles are not compatible for Note 3 (and this rides a .. 800 SD) which can not be the reason but there is. 

The sense is very well optimized and lagea not at all, not with chorromil apps open (and that 2 gb of ram max are DDR2 and DDR3 not like the Note3). 

As stated Pirelli's slogan: Power without control is useless ... 

To see how it would feel to Max kitkat.
