In the black screen press ctrl alt supr and run the CMD command in Administrator mode from the Task Manager.
File-run new task
Activate the check that says create this task with administrative privileges
From MSDOS console run the following command:
Dism.exe / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth
After a few minutes you will be prompted to reboot.
