Step 1: Delete the contents of the screen, then restart the system. Then re-download the content of the Library.
Step 2: If the error persists, go to [Settings]> [Initialization]> [Initialize PS4] and treat PS4 initialization.
Step 3: If the error occurs again may be a problem with the PS4 hard drive (HDD). If you have previously changed the hard drive, use the other HDD. If not, please visit our Contact Us page to get in contact with SCEA for further technical support.
