The information credit card or debit card stored in the Sony Entertainment Network ("SEN") account is not valid, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure your credit card has been inserted correctly.
Step 2: Make sure the address information on their PSN account is exactly the same as those of the statement provided by the issuer of your card.
