Step 1: Go to Settings> Applications> Application Manager> and then select Google Play Store.
Step 2: Now just stop the Google Play Store application by selecting the Force Stop option. Also delete data and cache files by selecting the clear option listed below.
Step 3: After performing the above steps carefully again try to download or update apps from Google Play Store.
