iPhone 5s update failure 3194

Question

Hello, what I have in recovery mode and I install your new firm (which I downloaded and I give to shift and select and have even tried to upgrade by downloading it but it gives me the error 3194).

 

I tried google and search by removing folders and all that but with itunes gives me error, I can use any other program to try ??

The solution is simple:

Modify the HOSTS file

Delete the file HOSTS.UMBRELLA

 

We need:

Being on the pc as administrator

Have enabled from the folder options to view the system folders.

 

Let's begin:

1. Open My Computer and go to the path: C: / Windows / System32 / drives / etc. There we will see the hosts and hosts.umbrella files

 

 

2. Now modify the hosts file. Press twice on the window and select options or program opens, select Notepad, for example:

 

 

3. Locate the lines that have the end gs.apple.com and delete (may have one or more, the erase all)

 

 

4. We press the X in the window and the program prompts you to confirm the change

 

5. Now go back to My Computer and focus on the Hosts.umbrella file. Click on the right mouse button and select Delete. A window will open asking for confirmation:

 

6. After all this we will be something like this:

 

Now this, now we can try to update / restore to 5.0.1 and avoid 21, 3194 and 1013.
