Problem with android operating system

friends I hope will help me: I have lg optimus g ls-970 TeamWin Projects have wanted to make a recovery and erasing manufactures and accidentally delete all apsolutamente everything including the android os and not 

 

I know how to reinstall it because it can only be in recovery mode and when I turn it on normally presents lg and hence fails. please help!

You can download the android vercion is for your phone and odin I descompuse instalarsela from mine and repaired with odin and is better than ever if it's something I have the jelly bean android version 4.1.2 you can pass the
