My cell does not pass the android logo

Hello there, well, I'm new on this forum and I would like to see if I could help

good is that I have a mod Chinese cell. S20 and had rooted and being prompting you things lol it turns out that it no longer restart and logo over andorid, mmm as I update or change rom? rom the eh searched the internet but not found or donot exactly eh whatever, peroo I have another same cell functioning perfectly but do not know how to extract or copy the rom

If you could get into recovery, if any, do a factory reset or wipe, and if not, where you found rooteo mode for asking.
