Method 1 (menu)
- Settings - Reset - Factory data reset - Reset Phone - Reset phone. (It takes a couple of minutes to power).
Method 2 (keys)
Reinsert the battery to turn the tlf.
- Maintain pressed simultaneously keys Volume Up, Power until the Orange logo on the display, then only release the Power button, the other button will remain until the android logo appears.
- Went down with the volume down button to:
Wipe Data / Factory reset (confirm with Power button).
- Yes ---- descended to delete all user data. (confirm with Power button).
- Finally, select Reboot system with Power Now.
And we hope to restart.
It takes a couple of minutes to power.
