One of the sources Repos or you installed are misconfigured and is giving you problems.
solution:
You have to remove the Repo problematic, for it comes into Cydia and go to Manage / Sources and tap on edit, you'll see to the right of the top screen, clears the Repo you think you can give the problem.
If you're not sure which can remove all remove and leave only those that come by default when you install Cydia (BigBoss, Cydia / Telesphoreo, Dev Team, Modmyi and ZodTTD / MacCiti)
