A hard reset is a reset that you can do to your Android device to look like new, clean as when it left the factory. You may need to do a hard reset because you are selling or giving away your phone or tablet and do not want your personal information (from messages, through the address book, to photos, videos and music) go into your phone to your new home . Or maybe you need to do a hard reset because your Android device is behaving erratically or walking slow, and you can not solve it in another way: By making a hard reset all data and applications are erased, returning your phone or tablet to its agility and performance initial.

The Android devices have two ways to do a hard reset: A, the most easy and controlled, which is what we see here, is using an option to do that inside the Android operating system itself. The other way to hard reset is proper for each device, and usually involves turning it off and then I turn it while pressing a series of keys, which vary depending on the make and model, to reach an internal device menu usually has included the hard reset option. But this second way to reset a phone or Android tablet device has to be analyzed per device, so if you want to know how it works, please leave a comment with the make and model of your Android that we seek and publish instructions hard specific to reset it.

MAKING A HARD RESET FROM ANDROID

To do a hard reset from the android itself, we have to have our phone or tablet encendidosx in the main screen of Android. There we press the key options and choose SETTINGS. Within the list of configuration SETTINGS Android, is a PRIVACY titled. We press on it and inside there is the option to do a hard reset of our Andorid and thus remove all our data. Upon reset, Android will ask us if we also erase the SD card you have inserted into your device. Not a bad idea to do so, but should it fail when trying to delete the SD card, it will be necessary we turn that option to make the hard reset, and then we take the extra work we take out the SD card and format it apart.
