Problem one internal memory becomes full.

Hello, my problem is this: 

 

It's been a long install atrix cyanogenmod 11 to my HD, so good, after a while you feel the internal memory of my phone woke completely filled even a free Mb. 

 

 

I started to search and I found a folder called bp-dumps in which sub-folders are created with names of numbers apparently a date and time example (290114134955) day, month, year, hour, minute and second, within these had multiple files with extension. BIN called Ramdump_fw three files with similar names in each sub-folder with heavy weights (150mb) seems a type of backup, but very annoying just hours neglects me and filled memory is very annoying .

no friend, the problem with that of the 4.2 ROM on is creating another partition of internal memory. It happened to me when I was looking for is that files which had used before to flash the ROM to another internal partition that I did not come out in the archives and check that it had 3 internal memories 

 

mnt/sd0 

mnt / shell / legacy 

mnt/shell/0 

(or so I think they were so routes can not remember but CARE) 

 

what I recommend is to go to settings, backup and restore, and do a renovated factory. With that recover approximately 4.8GB internal memory, other than it's some file explorer could manually delete these old data, but if you mess EYE can have problems because I ami step and had to do a recovery and restored since I almost ran out battery

and you verified the applications you are using? Czech SD maid, has a function that says what were the last files created or how often it is being created that file and monitor apps to see what you have line, with that you will an idea that may be failing or not reinstall from scratch and use other rom gapps

In my Razr HD is the same, with 4.4 Roms. Found in Xda some references and I are files that are created when crashea radio or something in 3g happens to me all the time (or if I put it in auto mode, run out signal and passes from one to another the phone steady while in the place). 

 

I think flashing another radio could solve it, but in 4.4 you can do that?
