We have been testing to see if we could install Whatsapp on a PC in order to have a means of communication with students / clients / companies through this very tool used today.
Be careful, because there are many scams this item online (on Facebook and websites out there). You download an application, you put your mobile number and you start receiving SMSs premium for which they will charge a paste.
Here's how we do:
Mobile number to use
First, we will use a mobile number that we do not use more than to connect a USB internet skewer, the SIM is on skewer, not a mobile and therefore is not associated with an account of Whatsapp that it activates . As far as we have seen can not be installed on the mobile Whatsapp and associate that number to install Whatsapp on that PC.
As we have read if we want a free mobile number we can create us Promote Fonyou, but we have not tested because as we say we do not need, we have a free No we did not use at all (

Android Emulator
We need to be installed on the PC emulator Android. We chose the Bluestacks. Where did you go down care, which is their web (www.bluestacks.com).
Problems that we have encountered:
The team had 2Gigas memory, it seems that less does not work. When 2Gigas had cost him a bit silly to install and came a point in the system that did nothing. We have had to expand more to get further from that point.
Second problem, the installation gave us an error of unrecognized graphics card. After we had a look on board graphics card, an Intel and the drivers were up to date. As we had some loose graphics card here have punctured the drivers installed and have been able to continue without that error.
The last problem we have faced is that although it was installed, there came a time when it was stuck on a point and did nothing for hours: Downloading Runtime Data
After looking on the internet, momentary solution was to stop the installation, uninstall what remained of Bluestacks on the computer and download the installer from the web BlueStacks but another directory:

With this perfect as we could install the Bluestacks, which have an Android emulator. As with any Android go to market, lowered the Whatsapp application, install and configure. That's why we put the phone number we use to skewer network. We have put a SIM free phone to receive SMS sent to us from Whatsapp as a check, and after scoring the activation code in Whatsapp, voila, we have the application ready for use on a computer.
