How to return to stock kernel? Emergency aid (Nexus 5)

Question

I have installed franco kernel and want to go back to the stock version in order to remove root and upgrade to 4.4.4 (now I'm on 4.4.2) I tried to flash the stock kernel to write frank but remains the same. 

As I return to stock kernel?
