What was the best and worst iPhone?

I would like to know your opinions as to which was the best and worst iPhone. I have not much knowledge as the previous iPhone 4, but I think that the best has been the iPhone 4S. In addition to better speed than its predecessor, incorporates Siri, panoramic photos, 8mp (which until today still in the iPhone 5S), a dual core ... No doubt that gave more inovation at the time and I make a big change between one model and another was 4 and that change almost all the new ones are just they hardaware more powerful but the design is almost the same at least in my opinion.

the iPhone 5 have elongated, have not gained width. It is usable with one hand, have never given up on that philosophy, at least until the 5s, with 6 it looks like it will enlarge.
