Samsung galaxy S4 sound problems

My Samsung galaxy s4, has the problem that sometimes stops ringing, sometimes stops working the microphone, but not only that it sometimes also hear people when they call me, and if I did ok, but also sometimes hear nothing but have headphones, which they believe is the problem? Not tell me if the problem is the Blast mother?
