Samsung Galaxy S5 does not start

Question

I have my mobile on the way to be repaired since the last time I worked was me at night, I looked, I checked the mail, I saw the battery was quite load, I go to sleep, the next morning the phone was off. I will not load and load strangely like other times, I do not pay more attention and I leave loading and go to breakfast. When I go then and still does not start, I noticed very hot. I dedicate myself to get the battery, remove the sim (do silliness), and there was no way to get it on. One last attempt, I try to make a Hard resert, but nothing, is dead

It seems that much of the galaxy suffer sudden death, the worst is that I'll be a month without terminal. My S3 did not give me a single problem, now I have my son and I enjoying a Antiguan because I missed the S5

I see that more or less is the second case found online ..... there be more?

Hi. Hello camang, I'm from spain and getting into these forums Get your experience with S5. I have around 2 months to buy my S5 by Amazon and it happened something like your experience as a 2 weeks ago, I took the phone to send a message and when I was writing the text I stay the frozen image and wait a moment to see the phone again was the same then put on the screen as if the phone was going on but with a white image to half the screen you remove the battery and it did not work and the turned to enter in and out the same image pense in it would be a software problem and the next morning you drive a technician and the gentleman told me that the phone had sudden death. They pass an email to the supplier and not even give me answer really do not know what to do. :( I hope meet me and give me solution to my problem.

According to what I read, sudden death is caused Samsung aproxidamente within 1 year, you change your mobile. I suggest remove battery and press the power button for 1 minute to completely release the energy in the cell, after that replace SIM card, battery and try turning on normally. Discuss me as I was.
