I write because I have a tremendous problem with Whatsapp and I can not fix it in any way. Since I bought my new phone, a Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus, pass me the following. Every now and then I get the message "Whatsapp has stopped" and disappear all messages. I have to restore the backup to retain messages but logically lose those received after making the copy. Although I am making copies all the time, often I do not have time and I can not even read the messages received, so I do not hear that I have (a lot of people must think I'm a edge ...). The error causes the unaware because they vary. At one time it happened when left unread messages in a concrete, or when opening a picture to see within the app. Lately usually passes without knowing why and also the last backup performed is damaged in any way and I have to restore the previous, with the consequent loss of messages.
