SOLUTION

Run the Microsoft Fix It utility to repair corrupt registry keys that prevent programs uninstall completely or blocking new installations and upgrades.
Download and install the offline installer.

Error: MSI corrupt
This error is more common on Windows XP systems.
For users of Windows XP, it is recommended to upgrade to Service Pack 3 (SP3) to download and install Java and working properly.
