Hi everyone, I just got the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and I need the screenshot function, so I made inquiries and found that it was necessary to press the lock button the middle at the same time! However nothing happens, yet this function works perfectly on the Grand Award of a friend. I wonder if it's a problem with the phone, and if I have to go and exchange it or if there's a special function to activate in settings :)?
