1. Restart your device and run Spotify again.
2. Make sure your internet connection and Wi-Fi network are working properly.
3- Reinstall the Spotify application on your iPhone:
a. Delete the Spotify app iPhone / iPod by pressing the app icon until they shake and press x.
b. Restart your iPod / iPhone
c. Install Spotify again from AppStore
4. Install the latest iOS update your device via iTunes. To do this please:
- Connect the device to your computer.
- Open iTunes
- Go to the view of the device.
- Click Check for Updates.
If these steps did not work, please try another WiFi connection or change the settings on your router or firewall to make an exception in Spotify.
