Problem backing up restart

Let me pose a question that took 2 months without resolve .

My terminal is an E610 . A few months ago , I lost all data on my phone to restore mistakenly factory settings. Luckily , I have a couple of saved backups on my PC.

 

My problem is that when trying to restore the contents of these backups on my phone (using the LG PC Suite software) , my phone is "hanging " on LG logo screen . At the beginning of the backup process of my copy , the first thing the phone is rebooted ... and does not pass the logo screen , whereupon the backrest is not completed and my data is not restored.

 

My backup in a file with extension. 

I tried to try to restore it from several different computers and different .. backups .. but the result remains the same : the phone is locked indefinitely in the LG logo screen .

Could anyone give me a solution ? Thank you very much in advance .

Hello, it's complicated but you have upgraded to the latest version in both android mobile lg pc suite like? Also let you know that there is no firewall or security suite with firewall that blocks any connection.

Yes, both the software and the mobile version of LG PC Suite are updated to the latest version. I tried to restore to factory settings several times ... and repeat the process of restoring the backup ... but on reboot the mobile is still being blocked, the display of the logo.

The only thing you can be is to have part of the previous version and is not compatible with the new, so hang. The way to fix it, I would say if you can restore only parts like Contatos or another, do it for parts if so, is entering some copy.
