I can not download or update anything on the App Store

Question

I have a MacBook Air and I can not upgrade or install other applications. Apple Technical Support only help me if I sign, because I can ask for email, but forces me to put order number, and there is not, because it does not let me download. The message it gives is "Unknown Error"

I guess see all applications but when you hit one of them will not let you.

It is probably because you have the AppleStore in another country. To fix it is best to closures sign into your iTunes account (for example) and fill again, paying attention to the country to which you subscribe.

No no. Yes I see all the apps and in fact has always worked for me the App Store, but do not know why it stopped working at least a month. When I ask for the password after recognizing it says "Unknown error"
