Try start your phone into Safe Mode

The most common, at least among Sony, LG, HTC, Motorola and Huawei, which is keeping the power button pressed when the window appears and let down your finger on the button "turn off" that comes on the screen, in such only a few seconds a message will appear that tells us that we are entering the device in the "safe mode" or "safe mode".

Another way, which is also present in Samsung, Nokia X and some models of LG and HTC, is when completely turned off on the device and to turn hold down the button and the button to lower the volume until the manufacturer's logo It appears.
The older the terminal, the more likely that the system enter the "safe mode" is different. The good news back to "normal mode" at all is made in the same way, simply turn off the device and start it as we normally do.

than goto setting >application>all>find finger print unlock app>clear cache and data

disabled it

reboot your device
