Best answer
Update your POCO x3 to the latest operating system available.
Just uninstall the app you don't use.
If you have this problem while using an app, head to Settings> App Manager
.
Then clear the cache for the app you're having trouble with.
In the last step, perform a factory reset of your Poco X3 device, because this will solve all your problems.
