Not even I do, I think what you could do because the laptop does not recognize in this state,

Entering the menu of recovery
It wipes data is? or Wipe Cache?

Good Morning,

It is factory reset Wipe ... you can also make adjustments from the backup. Redsstablecer puts factory settings.

If you've never touched anything or you have made or modified Root recovery you should work.
