Samsung Galaxy S4 Overheating and battery is discharged.

Question

What happens is this:
Not long ago I bought a S4 GT-i9500 model that already came with Lollipop 5.0.1. The phone was the owner told me that not long ago was updated directly from the phone. The phone will work everything perfectly, the only problem is that too overheated. So much so that just turn the phone within 10 minutes and can see that is starting to heat up. And with the passing of time even more heated bother too much so put it on your face when answering a call. I read in forums that the update Lollipop can be the problem and can be resolved by removing the micro SD card. But it did not work, I present another problem it is that the phone will download very fast, you can be 100% but as early as 2 hours of use be 1%. He even download when I'm not using the phone, try another battery and has the same problem. If anyone knows a solution to this I'd appreciate it beforehand.

Sometimes those things happen by making more and no clean upgrade. Theirs in these cases is to do a factory reset, even if it means having to reinstall everything from scratch, but in the future is appreciated as the phone looks like another. Lollipop also seems that the phone warms up a bit more than the version of KitKat. As Iñaki says, hopefully they updated to 5.1.1 and most of those problems solved. Now lack that Samsung wants to upgrade to that version.

heating is not, should not, but the battery discharge is due to lollipop, will have to wait to leave the 5.1.1 which apparently fixes.

When I bought the phone this factory was restored, otherwise, I have friends who have the same phone with Lollipop 5.0.1 and do not exhibit this problem. The truth is that this if not, have told me to take the phone to a service that will make the software again, but I'm not sure if that solves the problem.

If you already did a reset in their day and as usual, I think it will just make another rom. If you can take it to the technical service and see what you discussed.

some like to downgrade so you go down to KitKat and so even if warming continues then your problem is technical.
In some phones when this happens and change the battery and even the operating system and still warm, is an integrated pin is close to the load to be in short do this, luckily that part is replaced complete.

For that problem as you say, it happens to many. I went too, and helped with Lollipop.

Would you put another ROM and run well. You could also see is some applications that do not work, one that saw battery is fairly consumed Samsung Link, the disabled and have helped even a little more.

This phone already has Lollipop but has this problem, my question is: If I put another ROM can solve the problem? I would like to know in advance to be safe taking your phone service.
