No proximity sensor works for calls. Samsung Galaxy s4

Hello everyone. It turns out that the Kings bring me a " brand new " galaxy s4, which replaced my s2 stolen. Needless to say I almost liked the s2 , anyway. The fact is that I do not use those things as " novel " if air gesture , if smart scroll , etc, they are there to save battery and samsung fanboys that tell you , eh man, I can get photos without touch it . My sincere congratulations to them. However, if I use something , or at least I'd like it to work , is the proximity sensor during calls. It is assumed that if you have that option enabled, when you call and you place the phone to your ear the screen turns off , but comes back on if the move away . Okay so great because in my galaxy s4 does not happen. Point goes black and I have to turn it on and press the home button or lock and case lights , not always . So if for example, I want to hang someone because I have to wait for the other person hang up . Okay everything. Pass a technician because I run out of phone. Economic and proven solution x me: 

I had the same problem of all, the proximity sensor stopped working apropiadamnete, I found in a forum that this happens because the sensor dust enters the earpiece speaker as it is the first side of the speaker, the option to disassemble and clean I found very extreme and lei around that was solved with a vacuum so I tried and it worked! 

This is switch off, get chip and memory along with the battery and apply the tube shop-vac for every corner we find by back and forth, especially the handset, do not worry this is harmless for the phone, then a few minutes of suck well, put it back together and provar with * # 0 * #, and if the sensor button was well deveria greening and vibrate to bring the hand to the headset and quit to zoom out. 

For me it worked great and saved the service.

Thank you very much! The truth is that the problem was solved days alone ... and it worked! I now have the case s-view flip cover so for calls and that works perfectly. 

I have fond a little more with this phone, but not quite! lol

Actually I am outraged micha spend money on a s4 and he walk right down the middle gives me ... I bought my s4 in August and the sensor never worked right and now it does not work while it sticks. I'll try the cleaner. I also have s-view cover thing with calls and I have no problem as fincion also disable the sensor in calls. But I now very upset with whatsapp when listening to an audio
