it happened to Me and I thought it was a problem of the phone to reinstall everything having it repeatedly until I realized where the problem is, about all the ROMS after installing this file.

Be careful because although desinstaleis install the phone and is played tengais those already installed you will have to reinstall everything again after doing a factory reset or pull Backup.

the solution I found was to go to my device // config / language introduction in there and go for the option that says "output options of text to speech" and change the text engine google voice.
