Samsung Galaxy S4 - How to solve error in TouchWiz with android 5.0.1

Hello everyone, and months ago I updated my galaxy s4 i 9505 to android 5.0.1 and all is well under the touch wiz who stops, looking around saying that settings look inside and within applications and the TouchWiz deleted all data and stop, feet well you just do that and still continues the same mistake and can not put or widgets or icons or anything. If anyone has any solution other than the one installed nova expose Cher. Thank You.

Tried perform wipes? or a factory reset?

I assume that is solved with it? The wipes are virtually the same in factory reset, only from the Recovery. We will confirm whether it is OK to close the thread
