Master Reset or Factory Reset Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE

The reset can be done in two ways, the first option is suitable for when you can access the system. The second option for those who have a frozen or not power device is recommended.

A. Format EDGE Galaxy S6 through the menu settings:

  • Go to system settings.
  •  Select Backup and Restore.
  • Select Factory data reset.
  •  Select Restore device.
  • Confirm by clicking Delete All.
B.Formatear Galaxy S6 EDGE using hardware keys:

  • Turn off the Galaxy S6.
  •  Now hold the VOLUME UP + HOME + ENCEDIDO, waiting on. Immediately after the vibration of the phone, release the "Power" button but continue to hold down the "Volume Up" and "Home" button.
  • Release all keys when you see the Samsung logo on the screen of your phone.
  • After a new page is displayed showing "Android System Recovery".
  • Use the "Volume Down" button, find and select "Wipe Data / Factory Reset".
  • Press the "On / Start" button to start operation.
  • Confirm by selecting "Yes" to start deleting all user data.
These two procedures shown above deletes all files and stored in the S6 or S6Edge applications. So do not forget to make a backup.
