Restart your device
Try to connect to other types of connections. For example, if you are connected to Wi-Fi, change the mobile data connection.
Restores the application preferences Settings> Applications> Menu Button> Reset preferences.
Leave your phone connected to a power supply (to prevent the battery saver function is activated) when you are connected to Wi-Fi and mobile data connection is not available.
