Connectivity issues in the LG G3

I have a friend who is in possession of a LG G3, the problem occurs when the device does not capture well the WiFi signal and data, occasionally this captures the 4g but when you feel like it, it gets in 3g, then down to E 2g

I've tried removing its cover, as this may have caused problems in the signal, and have restored 2 times the g3.

Not to do honestly, and tried on my Galaxy S5 and works well enough signal coverage.

I recommend that you do a hard reset using recovery mode?

I'll have to change the ROM or something there Roms for g3 that promise to improve the phone signal

I've tried changing the NPC, I tried hundreds of sims and nothing is a problem of the phone, it were some configuration that harms the signals, not to do someone can tell me if it has already happened or know how to fix it.

Try doing a factory reset, as have touched something that debierais.

Ps and the LG g3 is in other hands sincerely cell signal worse in've seen that I am not alone and apparently only happens in Colombia, and I put him intendole root, modules Xposed, you install a few roms, to improve battery and signal and the end was that the phone was so, and fighting with the operator who sold it to give me the XD warranty.
