Iphone 4, problems with whatsapp

I get a whatsapp, and the phone rings the notification. I press the "home" button and see the warning on the screen and below a message that says "slide to view".

 

If I slip, send me the whatsapp and opening the conversation.

 

For a second, I see the text of whatsapp they just send me. After a second or less, up I can see the circle of twigs that it is charging.

 

After another second or less, I get the text / photo and I repeated the notification sound.
