The Motorola Moto E is one of the best entry-level terminals that can be found on the market, especially for its price and features. However, sometimes you may have bugs that are actually easily fixable, but many users do not know how to act for it. Here we show a list of the most common and how to solve or at least reduce them.

Blurred photos or misguided

Some users have reported some disappointment with the quality of the photographs, although it is true that we can not expect great images with its 5 megapixel sensor without flash and auto-focus. Unfortunately, there is no way to improve images in low light, but we can recommend activating the HDR mode whenever we go to shoot something. Thus, the forms are much more defined and the result will be more "vibrant". By default, the camera of Motorola Moto E comes with the 'auto' mode by default.

Random reboots

This problem is usually related to some incompatibility with certain applications. If you want to verify that indeed is an app, you should probably reboot your phone into safe mode and wait a few minutes to see if it actually is restarted or not. In the event that this happens, the problem is one of the apps you've installed, so you'll have to "investigate" what is causing the fault (if you do not find, you'd better do a factory reset clean up the phone).

If this does not solve anything, it's best to go to the store where purchased to make use of the warranty.

The charger overheats

Other users have complained that the Motorola Moto E is heated when they play or use the screen for a somewhat longer period of time, but the main problem is its charger, which overheats after just 10 minutes connected. The causes may be different: The charger and cables used are the official accompanying the terminal? Are both ends securely connected to both the plug and the device? If you tried another charger and the problem continues, perhaps the fault resides in the battery, which can change if we contacted the company.

Pixel "dead" display

There is an application called Dead Pixel Detect and Fix to find pixels that do not respond and fix them. It is simply running the app for a few hours and probably our Motorola Moto E is fixed. If the problem is much higher despite having made good use of the terminal, it is clear that the manufacturer will change us without any problem.

Sometimes fails sound

Suddenly speakers Motorola Moto E fail, what do we do? If you do not want to lose your data, try pushing the off button and below the shutdown options, three icons, two of them appear as a speaker. Choose one with a line through it (sound off), turn off the terminal, turn it on and select the other icon again. If this does not help, you can do a hard reset because the fault may lie in a problem with the data in the cache.

We hope this little guide has helped to solve some of the problems of this great smartphone. All electronic devices can fail and the Motorola Moto E no less.
