8.1 "Limited Connection" or "No Connection".
Although not officially recognized, this is a bug in the new Windows 8 operating systems and 8.1. Users running Windows 8 8.1 or receive a message at some point in the wireless connection instead says "Connected" or "Connected" message "Limited Connection" or "No Connection" in Romanian Connection Limited.
This wireless problem I met on devices with Windows 3 8.1.
Found two fixes, if not go one, try the other.

Solution:
Method 1.

Jump to: Panel Control Panel \ all control Items \ Network and Sharing Center, click here network that is connected and go to Properties \ Set, Includes Power Management tab and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save energy. " Restart the PC and check now go wireless network. If that does not work, try step 2.

Method 2.

Panel Control Panel \ all control Items \ Network and Sharing Center, click here network that is connected and go to Properties \ Configure, here enter the "Driver" tab and change the driver exactly as in the tutorial.
Please note that you have other wireless cards and you'll probably have more or less the drivers in the list, if you only have the Microsoft drivers, you must install the driver on the manufacturer's official website.
If the wireless network adapter in Device Manager never appears, it means that it is not installed and need to install the manufacturer's website driver.
If you do not know how or where to download the drivers, I recommend you watch category motoristasSão tutorials covered more manufacturers.
I hope that at least one of two methods to solve the problem. For discussions, proposals and gossip see the comment box.
If of course you have some notes about the tutorial, tell us in the comments section!
Success!
