Message "Offline" in Play Store and email manager

problems:

1. When connecting the mailer, and try acualizar I get a message that there has been unable to contact the SERVER.

2. In Google Play Store, try to open, get the following mansaje, "NO CONNECTION" RETRY, I went to Settings / Applications / All, and I deleted data from Google Play Store, but the problem persists.

I have connection WI-FI? Yes, I have since tested the Navigator, and I can browse the Internet without problems, even under these circumstances, I downloaded the latest version of Play Store, but neither of those.

Any solution to these problems?

It seems a problem with synchronization or authentication Gmail account, or Google services. Check the status Settings - Accounts, and even eliminates the existing accounts and add them back again.

Thanks for your prompt reply, now I can not prove, when I can, what I do, to see if it is the solution, but browsing around the forum, I found something similar to this problem, in Hilo, talking about icon color WI-FI, (white - green), and indeed the color is white, so I guess like others indicate must be a permissions problem with the Google account, brother has the solution you I do know.

Well, problem "NO CONNECTION" solved. the problem arises that had descnfigurado Date / Time, I've updated, and effectively WI-FI icon has changed from white to green, and I was able to open both the mailer as Play Store. If it's any help to other users, maybe you should open as a warning or a new thread, as "SOLVED PROBLEM NO CONNECTION" serve as a suggestion.
