1-Connect iPhone wing computer using the supplied USB cable to the phone. Use only the computer that you can access your iTunes library, otherwise, you will lose all data stored on the iPhone.
2-Open iTunes on your computer and wait until the application recognizes your iPhone. Appears under "Devices" in the iTunes menu on the left side of the screen.
3-Click the name of the iPhone after it appears in the Devices menu. This will open the settings of the phone.
4-Click the "Summary" ("Summary") tab.
5-Click the "Restore" ("Restore") button when prompted by iTunes. A window will ask you to confirm that you want to continue the system restore on the phone after the backup appears. Once confirmed, the restart process will begin.
6-Wait until a window confirming that the iPhone has been restored to appear. So expect the "Connect to iTunes" option on your iPhone. This screen shows an image of a USB cable with an arrow pointing to the iTunes icon. When a message appears on your iPhone confirming that the device has been activated, and the restoration process is complete.
7-Select the "Restore from Backup" from the popup menu that appears.
8-Choose the date of the backup you made before starting the restore stream system in the dropdown menu. Click "OK". ITunes syncs with iPhone and restores the saved data in the selected backup.
