I get error downloading of Google Play What can I do?

It may happen that a discharge remaining half by a problem in our cache android , downloading gives us problems when reinstalling . We can fix it by deleting cache and downloads Google play as follows :
 
The first is to go to Settings - > Applications - > Manage applications -> All .
We search Google Play Store and click Clear data and Clear Cache.
Then look Download Manager and click Clear data and Clear Cache.
