* Method 1: settings> applications> all, Google playstore, force stop, clean cache and data

Uninstall google play store updates

Hello,
We need you to go to: Settings -> Applications -> manage applications -> All -> Google Play Store-> delete data ->and Cache > then Force stop.
You then come back to home
You turned off the PC then reboots, you will on google play store
and normally you can download
