Screen Adjustment

I'm starting to develop android and I have a problem I need to adjust the layout of my application to open both my tablet and my phone samsumg galaxy ace without a ScrollView

Not if you still need guidance for your development but adjusting for smartphone-tablet you see in the section on layouts where default is the "Layout" which is based on normal but this nexus think the "layout-small" "layout-small-land" ... etc looking a little about the subject but I oriento no problem greetings
