Try the following workarounds to resolve Google Play Store errors.
Open the Settings menu on your device.
Go to Applications or Application manager (depending on the device used).
Go to All Apps , then scroll down to the Google Play Store app .
Open the app details and tap the Force Stop button .
Press the Clear Cache button .
Repeat the steps above, but in step 3 change Google Play Store to Google Play Services .
Try downloading the app again.
If the problem persists after clearing the cache of Google Play Store and Google Play Services, try clearing Google Play Store data:
Press the Delete Data button .
Once the cache is cleared and the data is deleted, the Google Play Store error should normally disappear. If not, proceed to the next step.
If the problem persists after clearing the cache and deleting the data, delete your Google account, restart your device and add your Google account again.
Under Accounts , tap the name of the account you want to remove. If you're using a Google account, tap Google , then tap the account.
Tap the Menu icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Tap Delete Account .
Restart your device, re-add your account, then try downloading the app.
