How to put the whole picture when they call you?

for example when I called the whatsapp I get the complete picture, but when I get direct phone as halved, not what I mean.

but I can not put image.

edit: I forgot to add other than by external applications please.

Then they become synchronized.
Go to Settings> Applications> All> Contacts> Delete Data
Tell us how it went.

If not synchronized to like, you may need to restore factory but first be sure to make a backup.
